SF State Maloney Field off State Drive (there’s a traffic light at the corner of Lake Merced Boulevard and State Drive.)

You might decide to park off-campus.

If you park on campus, get a parking fee receipt and place it on your dashboard. A parking ticket was $55 in 2002.

Campus map at http://www.sfsu.edu/faq/map.htm :

From the north: Cross Golden Gate Bridge and merge to the right, exit onto Highway 1- Park Presidio Boulevard, which continues past Golden Gate Park and becomes 19th Avenue. Continue onto 19th Avenue all the way past the alphabetical cross-streets and past Sloat Boulevard to Stonestown shopping mall. Make a right at Winston Drive through Stonestown, and a left at Lake Merced Boulevard. From Lake Merced Boulevard going south, make a left onto State Drive, at the first signal. Park in the lot above the field or off-campus to save money.

From the east: Take the Bay Bridge, continue south on 101 past Cesar Chavez exit, get in the right lane and get on the 280 Daly City split, continue past Geneva/Ocean exit, to San Jose Ave/Sagamore (as indicated by the SF State University next exit sign), exit and stay to the far right onto Sagamore and then stay to the right again onto Brotherwood Way all the way down to Lake Merced Boulevard, right up Lake Merced Boulevard (past Font) to State Drive, right on State.

From the south: Go north on 101 cross over on 380 in San Bruno, to 280 north but once on 280 stay left as you approach San Francisco, and follow the 19th Avenue split. Be careful - Follow the sign that says 19th Avenue/Golden Gate Bridge, indicating Highway 1. Make that left split but get to the third lane from the left to immediately take the Brotherhood Way Exit on the right, which is a sharp right turn under the roadway.

Continue on Brotherhood Way all the way down to Lake Merced Boulevard and then right.  Go north on Lake Merced Boulevard to State Drive, and make a right at the signal.

From the lower East Bay you can cross the San Mateo-Hayward Bridge, go north on 101 and cross over on 380 to 280 in San Bruno, then continue toward 19th Avenue as described above.
